We are seeking a passionate and experienced Hotel Training Manager to join our team, overseeing the training and development needs of our small group of unique hotels located in the picturesque New Forest. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader dedicated to fostering a culture of excellence, supporting employee growth, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest experiences. Key Responsibilities: Training Strategy and Implementation Staff Development Quality Assurance Team Engagement Compliance and Reporting Key Requirements: Proven experience in a training or leadership role within the hospitality industry, ideally in hotels or a multi-site environment. Excellent knowledge of hotel operations and guest service standards. Strong presentation, coaching, and mentoring skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. Familiarity with learning management systems and training software is a plus. A proactive, solutions-driven approach with attention to detail. Ability to travel across locations in the New Forest as required.
