HEAD CHEF - LIVERPOOL KITCHEN - BALTIC TRIANGLE
SALARY - £32-35k DOE + quarterly bonus
As the Head Chef in our Liverpool kitchen, you'll be at the forefront of leading your team to achieve the highest standards. Your responsibilities will include:
* Overseeing food service operations
* Maintaining compliance by implementing food safety and compliance protocols
* Managing stock orders
* Organising prep levels
* Assisting with scheduling
* Spearheading recruitment efforts
You'll also be responsible for upholding our exceptional standards in food quality, always leading by example. An exciting part of your role will be rolling out our new menu at a recently launched venue. You'll ensure the successful introduction of these new offerings, overseeing everything from recipe execution to staff training, guaranteeing that every dish meets our high standards and delights our guests.
