The Jaguar Land Rover Helpdesk Customer Support Agent will contribute to our well-performing Chat customer service adding value to our customer.
The Role
We’re undergoing a technology transformation, so we need to resource up our UK CRC (Client Relationship Centre) to support the increased chat demand. You will support customer on multiple channels, including Chat and Social Media.
As part of this role, the JLR Helpdesk Customer Support Agent will:
1. Provide answers to clients by identifying problems, researching answers, and guiding clients through corrective steps.
2. Record events and problems and their resolutions.
3. Liaise with Client; work hand in hand with JLR individuals and teams.
4. Ensure all correct processes and procedures are followed.
In your first 90-days you will:

About you
This is an excellent opportunity for a technically confident individual, who can hit the ground running and has great interpersonal and communications skills.
Our ideal JLR Helpdesk Customer Support Agent will have:
11. Customer service/call centre experience
12. Good problem-solving skills and communication skills.
13. Basic knowledge of PC and MS Office – Excel, PowerPoint etc.
14. A keen interest in technology, keeping abreast of advances and news.

Working pattern and location

32. Tuesday and Wednesday in office – Monday, Thursday and Friday Home Office
33. Shifts: 8.00-16.30 or 8.30-17.00
34. Location: Whitley, Coventry
35. First 4 weeks training and induction in Whitley in the UK CRC.
