About the role
We’re seeking a talented Sales Executive to join our team full-time in Basingstoke.
As a Sales Executive, you will make a significant impact on our customers' lives by introducing them to independent living. You will proactively engage with interested customers, offering expert advice on their apartment purchase and lifestyle.
Responsibilities include:
1. Building strong relationships with customers to ensure a smooth and positive experience from enquiry to move-in.
2. Working onsite from the Welcome Centre to achieve sales targets and meet budgeted selling prices, gaining a thorough understanding of the site, which will become the customers' new home.
3. As the development progresses, showing apartments to customers using the show home centre, which features floor plans, apartment designs, interior options, and removal services.
You will collaborate with the sales team and coordinate closely with onsite Marketing, Customer Relations, Construction teams, as well as offsite agents, sales partners, solicitors, and manage sales through to completion.
About you
Previous experience in new homes sales is preferred, especially in the retirement market. Your calming, supportive approach will help ease customers' concerns during their decision-making process.
Key attributes include excellent customer relationship skills, a proactive sales and marketing approach, professionalism, responsibility, interpersonal skills, and experience with IT databases. A valid UK Driver’s Licence is required for visiting customers off-site.
