The law firm is searching for a skilled and highly motivated Information Security & Privacy Training Manager to join the team!

Responsibilities:
* Own, develop, and mature a global information security and privacy training and awareness program.
* Review, enhance, and create training programs to improve engagement, learning, and retention across the organization.
* Manage the firm’s phishing simulation testing program and collaborate with third-party training providers.
* Conduct in-person and virtual training for executive audiences and facilitate workshops.
* Monitor the success of training programs, define measurable goals, and develop metrics to showcase impact.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects meet scope, budget, and objectives.
* Stay up-to-date with relevant cybersecurity and privacy frameworks, policies, and regulations.
Skills/Must Have:
* At least five years of experience delivering, developing, and managing training programs, with at least three years in cybersecurity/privacy.
* Expertise in effectively communicating with technical and non-technical roles.
* Strong project management skills with the ability to break down complex issues into actionable goals.
* Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO) and privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
* Preference for certifications like CIPP-E, Security+, or CISSP.
