It was created to help people identify and tackle gaps in their knowledge and experience by informing, giving support, actioning knowledge, reducing stress and managing well-being to help our members harness their business and personal success.
CTO Craft's mentoring community brings together senior technology leaders from across the world: from small start-up's to global organisations and across all experience levels. We’ve grown significantly in the last few years by supporting our community with various membership services, IP and events. Some of these we build and some are developed with market leading sponsorship partners in the pillars that support personal and professional development. These pillars are Learning & Development, Stress & Burnout, Strategy & Alignment and People & Hiring.
The Role
We are recruiting a Delegate Sales Executive to join the team on a full time, permanent basis. The successful candidate will be working closely with key stakeholders in a growing portfolio of events and sponsor partner activity firmly focused on our community of technology leaders.
The ideal candidate is passionate about community building and building relationships, strengthening partnerships in order to drive sales and revenues, by focusing on exceptional client experience and linking value to the clients’ needs.
Responsibilities
The role will grow and develop, as will your knowledge and experience, with the potential to experience other roles within the business, but here is what you can expect to start with:
* Grow and lead attendee registrations to global events.
* Meet and exceed sales targets and outreach targets.
* Effectively and confidently communicate the value of attending our events via email, phone and event networking.
* Generate leads through intelligent & in-depth research.
* Use different mediums, such as LinkedIn, for lead sourcing and outreach.
* Work with relevant team members in building data sets and establishing processes and automations in our CRM that are central to your day-to-day.
* Maintaining up to date records in CRM is essential, to ensure that all daily activity, contact with prospective customer and pipeline is fully recorded
* Creation and management of marketing materials to assist with outreach.
* Liaise with senior management, event organisers, and marketing team on sales strategy and performance.
* Promotion of our events through social media engagement.
* Identify and implement new ways to drive attendance and increase sales.
* Attend global events to support the wider event team and gather feedback for future events.
* Adhering to best practice sales methodology and an openness to training & development is essential.

* High goal-focus and motivated by achieving high personal standards in all aspects of work – ambitious to meet own personal and organisational goals.
Salary: £28-32K (subject to experience) + OTE
