Reporting into the People Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the effective, quality, and timely People Attraction function across our Group of companies. The role will not just be limited to our current requirements, you will also support wider attraction requirements, to include projects, such as Early Careers, workforce planning, c-suite recruitment or other requirements as directed by the People Director. So what will I be doing?You, along with your team, will be managing the full recruitment life cycle for a portfolio of allocated vacancies across our four group companies. eSmart Networks TriConnex Advanced Water infrastructure Networks Advance Electricity Networks You will be required to build and maintain strong relationships and communication channels with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to ensure proactive, timely delivery of pre-planned and reactive recruitment to meet demand of the group and divisional strategies, delivering a best-in-class service to our internal and external customer. Using the in-house ATS, you will track and update progress on recruitment activities, providing timely updates to candidate and stakeholders, ensuring we always remain compliant with in-house and legal requirements/legislations. Management of key senior stakeholder relationships will determine the ongoing success of the function, therefore, demonstrable experience of how you have influenced at this level will need to be seen within your application. We will be seeking an individual who: Is determination to source the right candidate for the business. Has the ability to work within a busy and demanding environment, remaining calm under pressure, within an ever-changing landscape. Is experienced in managing a team with the ability to coach and mentor direct reports to ensure they meet their full potential. Has excellent organisational, interpersonal and influencing skills, allowing you to develop proactive relationships with senior stakeholders. Will challenge current practises. Has experience of producing management information for delivery at board level. Has demonstrable experience of managing third party contracts, to include: Job Boards, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), agency suppliers.
