Reward Manager

Our client are looking for a Reward Manager to join their Bristol based team on a permanent basis. This is a key hire for our client and will assist in Compensation and Reward strategy, lead on data collection & analysis and help mature the Reward department.
Key Responsibilities will include:
* Design and implement reward strategies across the UK.
* Lead on the annual salary review and bonus process including external benchmarking.
* Operate and manage the companies long term incentive and share plan.
* Provide expert reward advice and support to the business.
