Responsibilities:
1. Speaking to Dealerships, lenders & customers regarding unwinds & complaints.
2. Record and input complaints into our CMS.
3. Deliver excellent service, regardless if this is a customer, lender or dealership.
4. Deal & negotiate with internal departments and lenders in relation to costs, repairs and contractual obligations.
5. Be confident, empathetic, and if necessary, authoritative.
Experience Required:
1. Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
2. Highly organised and able to manage time effectively.
3. Comfortable working in a dynamic, ever-changing environment with daily challenges.
4. Ability to work well as part of a team as well as independently.
5. Strong understanding of FCA Regulations, CRA 2015 & the Financial Ombudsman Service.
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (No Weekends)
