Base Salary: £30,000 per annum (negotiable)

Reecer Group is a dynamic family-run business based in the Chepstow area, where a positive attitude and hard work are keys to success. We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive to join our team and help strengthen our position in the Portable Building sector.
The role will be a balanced mix of field-based and office-based. As Sales Executive, you will be pivotal in growing our business by seeking out new business and managing customer relationships. This is a position for a self-motivated, hands-on individual with tenacity and drive.
Responsibilities & Main Duties:
* Build and develop profitable new business and support increases in sales growth through existing business development.
* Manage a portfolio of existing hire customers.
* Meet new and existing customers.
* Deal with telephone and email-based sales enquiries.
* Prepare sales quotations and order acknowledgements.
Qualifications/Experience:
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Excellent organisation, planning and administration skills.
* Excellent telephone manner.
* Computer literate with strong IT skills: Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, Excel.
* Experience within a customer-focused environment is required.
* Ability to work on their own initiative and take responsibility for their own success.
* Able to manage a varied workload, balancing scheduled tasks with requests for assistance from the team, which may have short deadlines.
