Duties: Managing the end-to-end recruitment process — from job posting to offer letters Coordinating interviews and liaising with candidates and hiring managers Providing a first-class candidate experience Working closely with our HR team and partners on recruitment strategy Attending in-person interviews when needed (just the occasional trip into the office) ?? Requirements: Previous experience in recruitment (agency or in-house, legal sector) Excellent communication and organisational skills Confident using recruitment platforms and managing applicant pipelines Proactive, professional, and approachable - you're the friendly face of our hiring process Comfortable working independently from home ??
