What will I be doing?
* Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, ensuring all stations are properly organised and prepared for service.
* Supervising and training junior chefs, promoting a positive and collaborative working environment.
* Ensuring food safety standards are always adhered to, including proper storage, handling, and cooking techniques.
* Monitoring inventory levels and managing food costs to meet financial targets.
* Supporting the Head Chef in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and responding to guest feedback
