We are looking for an Inside Sales Executive to join our fun and dynamic team, bringing a pro-active customer-centric approach to converting prospects into valued customers and providing exceptional account management support.
This role is based in our Abingdon (Milton Park) offices, on a hybrid basis.
You will be responsible for generating revenue growth, maximizing customer retention, and delivering outstanding sales and service experiences. Through your skills and expertise, you will play a pivotal role in achieving our goals of unparalleled customer satisfaction, revenue optimisation, and successful business growth.
Responsibilities:
* Drive revenue growth through proactive sales of Achilles products and services, taking the initiative to achieve exceptional results.
* Identify and capitalise on cross-selling and upselling opportunities to maximise sales potential.
* Achieve and surpass sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, showcasing your exceptional sales skills.
* Cultivate strong customer relationships, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
* Optimise customer accounts to extract maximum value from their subscriptions.
* Promote product usage within supplier organisations through insightful reporting and data analysis.
* Ensure every customer enjoys an exceptional experience, going the extra mile to deliver satisfaction.
* Collaborate with Account Managers to support buyer-led campaigns and promptly address any issues that arise.
* Manage annual subscription renewals effectively to maximise customer retention rates.
* Provide prompt and effective in-life support to customers, resolving queries and issues promptly and efficiently.
* Maintain accurate customer information and records in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and completeness.
