Key Responsibilities:
*Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation.
*Develop and execute seasonal menus that showcase fresh, high-quality ingredients.
*Lead, train, and mentor a kitchen team, fostering a positive and professional work environment.
*Manage stock control, ordering, and supplier relationships to maintain efficiency and cost control.
*Ensure all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations are met.
*Work closely with front-of-house teams to deliver an exceptional dining experience.
