Customer Support Specialist (January 2025) Location: Coventry City Centre Salary: £22,000 - £25,000 based on experience What You’ll Do Join our welcoming and dynamic team as a Customer Support Specialist, where you’ll be at the heart of supporting our customers. This is not a call centre role—there’s no selling, no cold calling involved. Instead, you’ll focus on guiding and assisting customers with care and professionalism. You’ll receive full training to become a key player in helping customers via phone, email, and online chat. You'll also process incoming orders, take secure card payments, and handle document checks as part of our varied legal support services. Whether you’re an experienced customer service professional or a recent graduate looking for your first role, this is an opportunity to grow your skills in a supportive and friendly environment. Your Skills and Qualities We’re looking for someone who: Is confident and professional on the phone (after training). Is comfortable using Microsoft Word and Excel. Has excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Is eager to learn and adaptable to varied tasks.
