In this critical role within the Regulatory Reward and Governance team, you'll support the design and implementation of reward strategy and policy. You'll work closely with your HR Performance and Reward colleagues and your Senior Manager on the remuneration governance cycle, including collating and drafting papers for Remuneration Committee (RemCo). This will give you exposure to senior stakeholders across the bank as well as Company Secretary and Non-Executive Directors. You'll also collaborate with your HR Performance and Reward colleagues on cyclical and project activity across our centre of expertise, including pay policy, performance management, pensions and benefits. The difference you'll make: Developing reward policy, making sure it anticipates regulatory changes and market practice, and delivers on our pay principles Collating and drafting material for our RemCo and Executive Committee Managing reward projects and cyclical activity Managing the Material Risk Taker (MRT) identification and attestation process Supporting on the delivery of all regulatory returns and public disclosures Driving strategic changes through the implementation of projects across the Performance and Reward centre of expertise What you'll bring: These are the essential requirements you need to be successful in this role: Previous experience in a reward role ideally within banking Excellent analytical capability or previous experience working with data Extensive experience of drafting material for senior stakeholders Well-developed communication skills, both written and verbal It would also be nice for you to have: An understanding of the regulatory environment Experience of working directly with senior stakeholders Previous experience of drafting material for Committees or management forums What else you need to know: This permanent role is based in Milton Keynes. To support this, we offer site-based contracts with a hybrid working pattern and our expected level of attendance in an office is at least 12 days per month (pro-rata for part-time roles).
