Your main responsibilities will include: Providing exceptional customer service. Resolving various customer queries and faults. Managing a busy service desk through phone calls, webchats, and digital contacts. Adhering to agreed SLA’s and KPI’s. Supporting a key partner through their digital transformation. What We’re Looking For: Education : GCSE grade or equivalent. Passion for IT : A keen interest in technology. Customer Service : Excellent skills in customer service and problem-solving. Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail. Team Player : Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Initiative : High degree of creativity and initiative. Key Information: Customer Engagement : Handle queries via phone, webchats, and digital contacts. Competitive Pay : £12 per hour. Flexible Shifts : 40 hours per week, 5 x 8-hour shifts between 8am-6pm, Monday to Friday. Location : Based in Belfast city centre. Contract : 12-month temporary position with temp to perm options.
