This is a full-time, permanent position and the salary is £28,000 per annum.

Key Responsibilities of a Complaints Handler:
1. Acknowledging receipt of complaints via letter, email, or phone from customers, Financial Ombudsman Service or other agencies and recording them on relevant databases
2. Investigating the details of complaints and determining company liability, utilising contacts
3. Accurately record details of complaints received through various channels (phone, email, online forms)
4. Thoroughly reviewing customer accounts, relevant documentation, and company policies to understand the root cause of the complaint
5. Making informed decisions to address complaints fairly, offering appropriate compensation or solutions within company guideline
Key Skills and Experience of a Complaints Handler:
1. Having a warm and friendly telephone manner is required
2. Experience using digital communication systems is preferred
3. Passion for delivering a great customer experience
4. Ability to demonstrate strong communication skills
5. Reliable, trustworthy, discreet and professional are key attributes required
6. Previous customer service experience is preferred
