You ll have specific responsibility for leading, designing, and executing comprehensive testing programs to assess and enhance the resilience of YBS Important Business Services. This role ensures that the Society can prevent, respond to, and recover from disruptions, aligning with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. About the role As our Operational Resilience Testing Lead, you will - Lead and mature the Society s annual testing Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, Risk Management, and wider business units, to identify vulnerabilities, test continuity plans, and drive improvements in the organisation s overall resilience position About you You will have a proven track record in operational resilience, business continuity, or disaster recovery, preferably within a Financial Services organisation, with a focus on testing and scenario planning. You ll have - A strong understanding of operational resilience frameworks, methodologies, and industry standards, including regulatory requirements Proven experience in designing and managing resilience testing programs, including scenario development and crisis simulations Stakeholder management skills with the ability to lead and collaborate with a variety of teams to achieve an outcome including experience of engaging and influencing stakeholders at Director/ Senior Manager level Some experience of writing papers/ regulatory documents and presenting to committees About us At YBS we don t have shareholders, we have members.
