So, how will you contribute to our mission?
In this newly created role, you’ll provide excellent IT support and customer service to the staff and customers of Bank of us, in accordance with IT Service Desk best practice and ITIL frameworks.
You will be responsible for resolving tickets at first call or through self-serve, where possible, or escalating them to the appropriate teams or vendors, as needed. You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of the IT Service Desk processes and procedures.
We are looking for someone who Lives it, Loves it and Owns it in-line with our organisational values and behaviours. You’ll have a professional manner in which you conduct your duties and the ability to build strong relationships with all teams across the organization and adapt to a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
Ideally, you will also have a relevant IT qualification and previous experience in service desk support or other IT technical roles, however, this is not essential! This opportunity would be well suited to a recent IT graduate, and provides the perfect opportunity to kickstart your IT career.
