Live In Sous Chef job in Port Appin (Scotland), Highlights:
Working week of 4 and a half days.
45 Hours per week (Any overtime is paid or time taken back in lieu).
Salary £34,000 - plus approximately £300 extra per month in tips.
(Package of around £37,600)
Full time/ year-round position.
Free staff meals on shift.
Rotated shifts to ensure fair weekends off.
Live In/ Accommodation available within a staff house that is in walking distance from the hotel, £55 per week (bills included – wifi provided also).
