Job Overview:
At one of IHG's flagship lifestyle properties—the first Hotel Indigo in Leeds—we're seeking an experienced and creative Chef to help establish Banksia Restaurant within Leeds' vibrant dining scene.
You will support the Head Chef with responsibilities including daily service, menu development, team leadership, quality control, stock management, and health & safety compliance.
Required Experience:
* Experience as a Senior CDP or Sous Chef in a high-quality, fresh-food restaurant or hotel.
* Strong knowledge and passion for Mediterranean cuisine.
