Working for a global accountancy firm based across the UK with possible working locations in various regions. This role is P&C. More can be discussed regarding the firm after the initial conversation with Hays.
Your new role
Reporting to the Head of HR, responsible for end-to-end Reward with a team of 2 reporting to you supporting on the Reward Administration side of things. This role will head up the UK population of circa 4,000 leading on annual cycles, reward platform reform and benefits.
1. Management of reward team of the UK&I
2. Stakeholder management of senior management within fee-earning functions, partner with HR and Finance to lead on annual pay and comp reviews, complex/senior compensation structures
3. Lead on partner compensation negations
What you'll need to succeed
You'll currently be working for a professional services firm, ideally from an Accounting or Legal background with the ability to navigate partnership structures. Ideally, you'll have a background of leading small teams, and examples of where you've led on reward projects.
1. Background of working with senior stakeholders, i.e. partners
2. Proven experience of leading Reward Functions
3. Tenure of previous organisations to showcase the ability to see one organisation through multiple reward annual reviews
