Junior Sous Chef - 3AA Rosette Restaurant - South Wales - £47K pkg - £37K + £10K tronc - 4 day week + relocation assistance + personal & friends and family rooms & F&B discounts.
I am currently recruiting for a small, growing restaurant and hotel chain looking for a talented and experienced Junior Sous Chef/Snr CDP to join a strong brigade of 8 for their multi AA rosette restaurant based in South Wales.
Responsibilities:
1. Assist the Head Chef in managing the kitchen operations.
2. Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in accordance with the restaurant's standards.
3. Supervise and train junior kitchen staff.
4. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
5. Contribute to menu planning and development.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Previous experience as a Junior Sous Chef or Senior CDP in a fine dining environment.
2. Strong culinary skills and a passion for high-quality food.
3. Ability to work well under pressure.
4. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
