You’ll be wondering what’s in it for you as the Senior Sous Chef… £39,000 per annum plus £5,000 service charge Accommodation available Working 48 hours per week Working alongside a talented team of 12 chefs Cooking with locally sourced ingredients Responsibilities as the Senior Sous Chef… Creating a variety of stunning dishes from the hotel's ever-changing seasonal menus for a high volume of diners Making the most of the kitchen’s access to fresh, locally sourced ingredients Working efficiently alongside the Head Chef to ensure a consistent high quality across the hotel’s multiple outlets Passing on your culinary knowledge and expertise to the more junior chefs in the brigade You will be creating a variety of dishes from the hotel's ever-changing seasonal menus, which are served across multiple outlets.
