Their dedicated team is passionate about making a positive impact on society. Description Develop and implement strategic HR plans in line with the organisation's goals. Part of the Senior Leadership Team. Oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations. Champion a positive and inclusive work culture. Provide guidance and support to the HR team. Collaborate with other department heads to align HR policies with business goals. Manage the annual HR budget. Implement effective training and development programs.Profile We are seeking an inspirational and proactive HR leader who has the following: Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role, ideally within education or a similarly complex, multi-site organisation. Strong knowledge of UK employment law, HR best practices, and strategic workforce planning. CIPD Level 7 qualification (or equivalent leadership experience). Experience in culture change, employee engagement, and organisational development. Demonstrable success in managing complex HR projects, change management, and restructuring initiatives. A collaborative and people-first approach, with the ability to influence and engage at all levels. A passion for working at an organisation with a strong social-purpose.Job Offer An attractive salary between £59,000 - £65,000, dependent on experience. Generous holiday leave.
