I am looking for a talented Junior Sous Chefto join a dynamic kitchen team at one of Central Londons most prestigious high-end restaurants, located within a luxury hotel.
The Role:
* Lead a talented brigade while working with fresh, top-quality ingredients and cutting-edge techniques.
* Help maintain the smooth operation of a fast-paced kitchen, ensuring a consistent standard of excellence.
* Collaborate closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chefs to create exciting, innovative dishes that highlight the best of seasonal produce.
