Key Responsibilities:
1. Handling Inbound Sales Inquiries:
Respond to incoming calls, emails, and online inquiries regarding our product range.
Provide accurate and detailed information about products and services, answering customer questions and addressing concerns.
2. Sales Conversion:
Engage with customers to understand their needs, provide tailored product recommendations, and guide them through the sales process.
Effectively upsell and cross-sell additional products or services when appropriate.
Convert leads into sales by building trust and delivering excellent service.
3. Order Processing:
Accurately record customer information and order details in the CRM system.
Ensure that all order details are correct, including contact name, billing information, and shipping details.
Liaise with internal teams to ensure the smooth processing of orders and resolve any order-related issues.
4. Customer Relationship Management:
Maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring they feel valued and supported throughout the buying journey.
Follow up with customers after sales, addressing any post-sale questions or concerns.
5. Product Knowledge:
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Street Solutions UK products and services.
6. Problem-Solving:
Identify potential issues with customer orders, delivery, or product specifications, and provide quick, effective resolutions.
Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate when necessary.
7. Collaborate with Sales Team:
Work closely with the wider sales team to share insights, improve processes, and achieve sales targets.
Support outbound sales activities when needed.
Skills:
1. Fluent in English, both written and verbal
2. Proficient computer skills - Excel preferred
3. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
4. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
5. Ability to sell products or services by understanding customer needs and presenting solutions
6. Organizational skills to maintain accurate records and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
7. Basic math skills for processing orders, calculating discounts, and handling payments
8. Confident with speaking to customers on the phone
