£50,000 per annum

The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, strong leadership skills, and the ability to create menus that reflect current trends while maintaining the highest standards of quality.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage the kitchen team, ensuring high standards of food preparation and presentation.
2. Develop and design innovative menus that cater to a variety of events and dietary requirements.
3. Oversee food safety and hygiene practices in accordance with health regulations.
4. Manage inventory and ordering of kitchen supplies.
5. Train and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar role.
2. Strong leadership and team management skills.
3. Excellent culinary skills and creativity.
4. Knowledge of food safety regulations.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
