The Eteach Group, a global leader in recruitment technology exclusively for schools and colleges, is looking to hire a specialist SAAS business development leader to help drive sales specifically for our ATS solution, School Recruiter. Working closely with Commercial Leaders within the business, this individual will be integral in a core part of our growth strategy, introducing this game changing product to an extremely receptive audience within the education sector. Specific responsibilities: To effectively engage and interact with schools and decision makers, to truly understand their priorities and needs and offer School Recruiter software as their solution. Drive sales through a variety of outbound channels, meeting and exceeding KPIs. Identifying new business opportunities and presenting benefits and key features of products effectively to acquire new business. Accountability over the product functionality, taking feedback from clients and helping to shape our product for the future. Liaise and plan with marketing teams to ensure strong promotion and increase inbound sales Preparing quotes, proposals and sales contracts. Complete reports and individual sales reports as required. Contribute to a competitive yet supportive Sales team, providing mentorship and leading from the front Attend exhibitions, live events and online webinars to showcase our solutions
