Sous Chef Ashbourne, Derbyshire Live In
An exciting opportunity available at our country hotel for a dynamic Sous Chef. We are looking for a strong Sous Chef to join the team and work closely with the Head Chef and the Group Executive Chef.
The Owners of the Hotel have recently acquired a new property in the North East of England and are exploring another acquisition in the South West, with plans for more openings across the UK in the near future. This role has been designed to attract talented Sous Chefs who can ‘grow’ into Head Chefs as they become familiar with the company's culinary style and approach to cooking.
We are seeking a friendly and talented chef who is passionate about creating delicious dishes and possesses excellent communication skills.
Location-wise, applicants ideally should reside in the Ashbourne, Cheadle, Matlock, Belper, Uttoxeter, or Derby area with their own transport. However, live-in options are available if needed.
