Customer Support – Havant – £25,000 - £30,000
Are you a wiz with Excel and spreadsheets? Do you have good communication skills?
We are recruiting for a Customer Support to join a multi-national manufacturing company based in Havant on the outskirts of Portsmouth. You will be familiar with Excel and other Microsoft Office programs, and your personable nature will help you slot straight into the logistics team reporting into the distribution manager. If you are looking to get into a company where you can grow and develop, this could be an ideal role for you.
Responsibilities:
* Oversee administrative support for the distribution team
* Provide updates to customers including pricing and the status of orders
* Arrange weekly reports sent out to customers
* Be the point of call for incoming customer sales calls and pass these on to the relevant colleague
* Manage aftersales and warranty for key accounts
Requirements:
* IT Skills, particularly with Microsoft Excel
* Good communication skills
* A good telephone manner
* A positive outlook with good prioritising skills
Package:
* Salary circa £25,000 - £30,000
* 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
* Working hours are Monday to Friday 8am – 4:15pm
