I am currently recruiting for a rapidly growing, highly ambitious, and expanding nationally award-winning hotel group looking for a talented and experienced Banqueting Head Chef to lead their brigade at a quality hotel with 126 rooms, overseeing banqueting for up to 200 covers in the Chilterns.
The successful Banqueting Head Chef, reporting to the Executive Head Chef, must have strong experience of at least 2 years as a Senior Sous Chef or Head Chef, cooking with fresh produce in hotels or high-volume restaurants within a midsize kitchen team.
Applicants will need access to personal transport and full eligibility to live and work in the UK.
