As aHR Generalist,you will report to theHRBP. You will be responsible forthe day-to-day operations of our Sausage site providing advice and expertise to over 500 employees, communicating with colleagues at all levels. You will be accountable for supporting and advising key departments within the business,, across a broad range of HR related activities covering the employee lifecycle including, recruitment processes, employee relations, absence management, performance management, training & development, health & well-being. What it takes The successful candidate will haveA minimum of 2 years of general HR experience, CIPD Membership preferred,up-to-date knowledge of NI employment law,proficiency in MS Office and Outlook, strong analytical skills, with the ability to understand data trends and make informed recommendations. Be results and delivery orientated and have experience working in a fast moving, highly pressurised environment.
