We are seeking a proven passionate Corporate Sales Executive who can influence, negotiate, and deliver sales. Join our EMENA Sales Team where you will be responsible for selling Taylor & Francis Group's prestigious books and online content to the UK and international markets. Your focus will be to develop existing reseller and training accounts in the Teacher Education market, and to acquire new business partners. This is an exciting expansion area for Taylor & Francis, and this role will be pivotal to our growth ambitions.
Location:
The successful candidate will utilize our flexible working model. Candidates should live within commuting distance of our Milton Park, Oxfordshire office to collaborate in person as needed. Expect to spend 10%-80% of your time in the office, with the rest working from home.

This role reports to the Head of Corporate Sales, Books.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop solutions with authors to create value propositions, taking content into training, consultancy, R&D, and marketing settings, using various product offers such as bulk-buy, digital products, discount codes, and custom formats.
* Manage accounts within a defined group, typically in resale and training sectors, as well as associations and charities, to supply content to the Teacher Education Market. Develop and curate offers to key accounts to stimulate revenue and build long-term relationships.
* Collaborate with UK and regional colleagues, sharing sales data and case studies, and develop expertise across relevant sectors individually and as a team.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, independently of existing accounts, and develop strong relationships with other sales channels within Taylor & Francis and Informa Group.
* Review and analyze sales data to develop and deliver a dynamic sales strategy.
* Implement tactics to increase sales across customer categories, including resellers and organizations in Teacher Education and Special Education Needs markets.
* Gather marketing insights from interactions with content creators, intermediaries, and end users, sharing insights with editorial and marketing teams.
* Innovate and experiment with products and outreach programs to add value and support professional market engagement.
Qualifications:

* Is hardworking, disciplined, and capable of influencing, negotiating, and closing sales to meet revenue targets.
* Has a proactive approach to lead generation and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets through disciplined and innovative methods.
* Possesses experience in structured sales processes, analysis, consultation, and precise execution.
* Can work with large data sets, present information clearly, and create compelling sales proposals.
* Can confidently discuss options with stakeholders, from editors and authors to trainers and government clients, working effectively as part of a team.
* Has enthusiasm for creating value across stakeholder groups and is willing to travel for meetings and conferences.
* Understands sales negotiations based on content and fulfillment, with knowledge of trade terms and maximizing sales while minimizing costs.
* Has knowledge of publishing and sales, especially within the UK education sector, including teacher training, professional development, and special educational needs resources.
