Job Description We are collaborating with a prestigious country house hotel currently seeking a dedicated Junior Sous Chef to join their team, under the guidance of a highly experienced Executive Chef. This esteemed establishment is renowned for its commitment to excellence, offering a dining experience that highlights the best of high-quality British cuisine. During the week, the focus is on dinner service, accommodating 20-40 covers, allowing for concentration on culinary precision and creativity. Weekends bring a livelier tempo with 20-30 guests for lunch and a bustling 50-60 for dinner service. Additionally, the role offers opportunities to showcase your talents in banqueting and catering for events with 70 or more guests.
