This is a great opportunity to join a supportive, successful and ambitious team within a dedicated sales role. They are happy to provide training, but you will need to bring a strong desire to learn and succeed.
Your role will involve:
1. Reaching and exceeding individual sales targets
2. Winning new business from local businesses, to maintain & develop existing business
3. Helping to contribute to company goals, promoting all products & cross-selling
4. Making the required number of quality telephone calls daily
5. Generating the required number of face-to-face meetings
6. Developing meaningful relationships with the Marketing Managers/owners of local businesses
7. Actively participating in sales meetings & subsequent team activities
8. Ensuring internal working relationships with other departments are in the best possible order
9. Ensuring all administration is in line with company policy & procedure
10. Professionally representing the company at all times
You will be the ideal candidate due to your:
1. High energy levels - 'sales hungry' - with an upbeat & positive outlook
2. Interest in media, marketing & communications - able to sell a concept/solution
3. Confident on the telephone, as well as face-to-face
4. A self-starter, highly motivated, professional and engaging
5. Personable, relationship-builder
6. Natural organisational & prioritisation skills; a pro-active 'game-planner'
7. A 'hunter farmer' mentality - able to win new business & account manage
8. Sales experience would be an advantage, but is not a pre-requisite
