Position: Head Chef
Location: Baraset Barn, Stratford-upon-Avon
Package: Up to £48,000/annum plus tronc
Responsibilities:
1. Curate innovative and seasonal menus while maintaining the highest standards of food presentation and quality.
2. Lead and inspire the kitchen team, fostering a positive and collaborative working environment.
3. Manage stock, budgets, and supplier relationships efficiently to meet business targets.
4. Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards across the kitchen.
5. Take full control of the food side of the business.
6. Communicate effectively and maintain calm under pressure.
7. Implement new cooking techniques and bring creative ideas to the kitchen.
8. Take pride in every successful service.
Qualifications:
1. A hygiene qualification, excellent food knowledge, and food safety awareness are essential.
