A growing services business is recruiting a Learning & Development Manager. Reporting to the HR Director, this is a new position for the company where you will have an opportunity to shape and lead the L&D function.
Duties include:
* Shaping and leading the L&D strategy fostering a high-performance culture.
* Supporting leaders in aligning organizational capabilities, behaviours, structures, and processes with the business strategy.
* Designing and delivering leadership programmes and cost-effective training packages, drawing on external support.
* Designing and developing face-to-face and online learning and support materials.
* Developing and managing our induction programme.
* Developing apprenticeship and graduate career paths.
* Advocating a coaching culture to underpin growth and development.
* Supporting the HR team to build a culture in line with their values.
To be considered, you will be an experienced L&D practitioner with proven results in a commercial fast-paced environment. Experience of running and owning the training function is essential, alongside developing and delivering impactful training.
There is UK travel with this position and hybrid working available. The package includes a car allowance.
