* £33,000 - £36,000 per annum depending on experience
* 45 hours per week
* Straight shifts only

What's involved?
As a Sous Chef you will lead the kitchen team in the Head Chefs absence, ensuring the catering function runs smoothly. You will work with fresh produce to deliver an unforgettable experience for your guests, coaching the junior members of the kitchen team and honing your leadership skills.
You will also be responsible for stock, ordering & rotation as well as cooking on shift to support the team.
