It is an exciting time for Norfolk Children's Services where innovation and creative practice is celebrated and encouraged. As part of the changes to Social Work in Norfolk, we have transformed our Front Door arrangements to ensure the right pathway first time for our children and young people. Our Children Advice and Duty Service team have been provided with specialist training by Professor David Thorpe and his team, and work with professionals from partner agencies using a coaching style to enable them to have more confidence in working with families. Due to the success of this new model we have further opportunities for you to become involved in this innovative approach. We are looking for Consultant Social Workers to join our team.
