What’s involved?
1. Preparing, cooking, and presenting authentic curries using a Karahi and traditional techniques.
2. Developing rich sauces, marinades, and spice blends for authentic flavors.
3. Managing stock levels of spices, pastes, and fresh produce.
4. Monitoring cooking to ensure perfection, balancing heat and spice.
5. Collaborating on new menu items while preserving tradition.
6. Ensuring strict hygiene and food safety.
7. Overseeing prep work, including chopping, marinating, and portioning efficiently.
