Job Description
* Managing the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding.
* Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business goals.
* Maintaining employee records in compliance with legal requirements.
* Overseeing performance management and employee development programmes.
* Handling employee relations, addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
* Ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and HR corporate policies.
* Collaborating with managers to identify future hiring needs.

The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Generalist should have:
* A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
* Proven work experience as an HR Generalist or similar role in the industrial / manufacturing industry.
* Strong knowledge of labour legislation and payroll processes.
* Excellent people management skills and the ability to resolve conflicts.
* Superior written and verbal communication skills.
* A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently.
