What’s involved?
As the Junior Sous Chef you will work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef in creating and developing menus, training staff and ensuring the 3AA Rosette standard is kept at all times. Experience at 2AA or 3AA Rosette experience is essential with Michelin experience being preferred.
