The Job
The Learning and Development Manager will lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of internal and external learning programmes that support the professional growth and skill development of employees at Selco. Reporting to the HR Director, this role is pivotal in ensuring that learning initiatives are strategically aligned with our organisational objectives. The L&D Manager will oversee internal training and collaborate with external apprenticeship providers to create a robust, continuous learning environment that drives both individual and company success.
