FDH Aftermarket is looking for a Sales Executive who will be primarily responsible for promoting and selling aviation parts either from our inventory or through sourcing to satisfy customer request for quote (RFQ). Responsibilities: Processing customer orders during busy periods or in the absence of a sales assistant Selecting the correct stock in accordance with quotes raised and customer needs Liaising with the credit control department regarding account status, notifying them of any orders over $10,000 Working with the purchasing team to ensure timely delivery and that any cost savings are passed on to the customers Liaising with the purchasing team regarding lead times and updating customers with any changes in the order status Reacting to any damage or delay claims from the customer and ensuring that where necessary a manager is informed of the issues Working with the rest of the sales team to achieve monthly KPI’s Ensuring a high standard of customer service is achieved Building relationships with customers Providing customers with the technical information required Identifying opportunities to extend FDH Aftermarket's support to new and existing customers Participate in Continuous Improvement opportunities, in particular suggesting changes to internal processes which will increase efficiency and/or the level of service to customers Basic Qualifications: Previous 1-2 years of work experience in aerospace industry or sales Established ability to perform data entry with accuracy and efficiency Demonstrated ability to work well, in a support role, with multi levels of personnel Good verbal and written communication skills, with daily interaction and/or external customers Strong Word/Excel/PPT software skills Knowledge of aviation/aerospace industry a plus Ability to be detailed oriented and perform basic research, if required Ability to multitask and competently complete assignments as required within allotted time frames Ability to self-start and self-manage Good problem-solving skills Good time management skills Ability to prioritize tasks Job Type: Full Time FDH Aftermarket, an FDH Aero Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
