We are looking for a technically capable and customer-focused Advisor to join a great team. This role is essential in providing a key aftermarket contact point for customers, ensuring they receive trusted advice and efficient support. You will be responsible for spare part sales and aftermarket administration within the UK, helping customers identify the correct parts and recommending additional service support where needed.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle customer inquiries professionally, providing expert advice on spare parts.
2. Process quotations, orders, and acknowledgements efficiently.
3. Ensure all customer requests are managed in a timely and professional manner.
4. Maintain accurate aftermarket sales administration and records.
