Senior Recruitment Manager
THE ROLE:
* Supervise recruitment projects with a specialisation in Accounting and Finance.
* Responsible for the entire recruitment process advertising roles, candidate selection and finalising the agreement between employer and new recruit.
* Continuous business development with the acquisition of new customers.
* Designing Search Plans, Mapping, and Headhunting
* Interviewing candidates and assisting in the preparation of interviews, while assessing applicants’ soft skills and aptitudes.
* You search for qualified professionals and approach them directly
YOUR PROFILE
* 1-2 years of minimum 360' recruitment experience
* proven knowledge of current market trends in recruitment
* excellent communication skills with an advanced level of English (both verbal and written)
* Proactive, confident, and outgoing personality
* MS Office skills
* High level of self-motivation and stamina
* Teamwork and international mindset
