Responsibilities

* Lead talent acquisition efforts, including employer branding, recruitment marketing, and candidate outreach.
* Oversee employee onboarding processes to ensure a positive integration experience for new hires.
* Implement performance management systems that encourage employee growth and accountability.
* Design and facilitate leadership development programs to nurture future leaders within the organization.
* Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction through surveys and feedback mechanisms.
* Collaborate with other departments to anticipate talent needs and develop proactive workforce planning strategies.
Requirements
* Proven experience in a senior talent management or human resources role, preferably in the airlines or aviation sector.
* Strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies and employment branding.
* Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
* Demonstrated ability to create and implement effective talent development programs.
* Experience with performance management systems and employee engagement initiatives.
