Designer Recruitment are seeking a Sales Executive for a well-established meet-the-buyer event organiser with over 21 years of experience in the industry. This is a permanent role offering £29,000 to £35,000 basic (dependant on experience) bonus. Our client is a market leader in hosting highly focused B2B events across the Hotel, Warehouse, Hospitality, Healthcare, Property and Logistics sectors. Their events take place at luxurious venues in the UK and EU, spanning 23 days, and are attended by senior-level delegates, with attendance ranging up to 300 participants. As a Sales Executive, you will leverage your sales expertise to engage with various supplier companies. Your role will be pivotal in connecting these businesses with key buyers and influencers attending their events. The event format is called Meet the Buyer; which puts suppliers directly in front of senior buyers from leading companies so supply deals and opportunities can be discussed and agreed. Delegates meet in one-to-one appointment sessions and are all based at the same location so for the total duration of the event they can concentrate totally on winning orders and doing deals. These events are facilitated and hosted by our client. There are endless numbers of leading companies and brands who attend. Sales Executive duties: Use your sales skills to attract companies to participate in our Fitness Forum events. Identify and approach potential clients using tools such as Google and LinkedIn, and build a robust sales pipeline. Present the benefits of our events to potential clients, negotiate packages, and secure their participation. Manage your own client accounts, develop relationships, and ensure client satisfaction. Attend events to understand the environment and ensure successful outcomes for your clients. Sales Executive requirements: Proven track record in a senior sales or telesales role. Ability to work independently and take initiative. Confident in pitching ideas and negotiating terms. Demonstrated success in building and managing sales pipelines. Strong skills in maintaining and growing client relationships. Understanding of the value of repeat business and client retention. Package: £29k to £35k basic, with the opportunity to earn a team bonus. Training in the meet-the-Buyer sector and opportunities for career growth.
